Arlington Fire Station #9

This LEED Silver Certified replacement Fire Station was designed by the City of Arlington's in-house architectural staff. Steele & Freeman, as Construction Manager-at-Risk, provided pre-construction services of constructability input, value engineering, budgeting, and other. Construction commenced July 2010 and completed June 2011. This project saves taxpayers 50% of the energy and water requirements over a typical fire station the same size.
