Our job is to hit the ground running and to stay running, all day, every day, until the project is completed, all through the warranty period, and beyond.  We press hard to obtain, process, and return submittals, working through issues thoroughly before submittals go to the architect.  We communicate with clients and architects.  We send RFI’s with proposed solutions.  We use Primavera® for our critical path scheduling.  That’s the only way to be a good steward of our clients’ money.
