We have warranty specialists who know each customer’s building and check in with each customer regularly during the warranty period and beyond. Our clients have our cell phone numbers, home phone numbers, and email. Our many repeat customers can speak to how we take care of extended warranty issues on their behalf, quite often years after we turn over the building.
